Everyone wants to feel significant and valued.
This truth applies not only to an organization’s constituents, but also to its volunteers, staff, and leadership. Every individual connected to a mission is seeking meaning and belonging. Yet in the rush to meet daily demands, organizations can unintentionally overlook the passions, values, and contributions of the very people who bring their mission to life.
My approach is grounded in Adlerian principles, which emphasize the deep connection between individual well-being and community health. Rooted in the work of Alfred Adler (1870–1937), this philosophy champions social interest, equity, and mutual respect. By fostering collaboration, participative leadership, and a culture of encouragement, I help organizations build environments where people thrive—and where missions move forward with authenticity and purpose.
