Strategy, efficiency, and strong leadership do not eclipse the mission of an organizaton - they enhance it.
I am a nonprofit professional with over twenty years of leadership experience helping nonprofit organizations develop and succeed. I have experience working with a broad range of nonprofit organizations in organizational development, building capacity, board development, racial equity strategies, fundraising, engagement, and strategic planning.
No two organizations are alike. I will work with you to personalize a service which reflects your organization's unique strengths and needs. My services are client-centric and begin with a comprehensive consultation to help identify organizational gaps and opportunities.
As a nonprofit professional, I am committed to helping organizations succeed. This means giving you the time and guidance you deserve. Whether you’re seeking a strategic plan, developing your board, or strengthening your fundraising efforts, I am here to help. Together we’ll create and refine your organization's plan for success.
I have worked with an array of nonprofit organizations including, public health, social justice, community development, performing arts, senior services, and higher education. In addition to my work with nonprofit organizations, I teach nonprofit administration to professionals, as well as graduate students (fundraising, social marketing, community development, and human resources administration). Leo Buscaglia
Everyone wants to feel significant and valued.
This statement exists for an organization's constituents as well as its volunteers and employees. Everyone touched by an organization is seeking connectedness. It is easy for organizations to become so fixated on the demands of the day that they lose sight of the passions, interests, and values of the individuals who are making the mission of the organization a reality.
My philosophy is rooted in Adlerian Principles where the health of the individual is connected to the health of the community. Developed by Alfred Adler (1870–1937), founder of the influential school of individual psychology, Adlerian theory promotes principles of social interest, democracy, and encouragement by building collaborative, productive workforces through participative management, coaching, and employee engagement.
